A: BTE does not necessarily stand for anything. We like to think of it as standing for whatever you want it to stand for.
Q: What kind of services do BTE offer?
A: We offer a wide range of solutions from virus removal, to OS installation, to a range of hardware and software products. We also provide website hosting services, and the ability to create / edit graphics for our clients.
Q: What qualifications/certifications do BTE technicians have?
A: BTE Computer Solutions have a wide range of knowledge in multiple areas relating to computers. All of this is as a result of over 15 years of combined experience from dealing with computers.

A: BTE Computer Solutions offers pickups in the Hills region of the Sydney Metropolitan Area. Servicing outside the area is provided at $1 per km.
Q: What happens if BTE cannot solve my problems?
A: If BTE Computer Solutions cannot solve a problem they will try an alternative method, and if this fails they will gladly refund your money.
