
SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Products and Services
- 1.1 – Liability. There is an element of risk associated with technology, and consequently errors may occur at any time during or after a service. As a result, BTE is not to be held liable for any errors that may occur of any sort (such as Data Loss or Software/Hardware Malfunction).
Similarly, in order to complete a service, the installation of third-party software/hardware may be required. BTE Solutions will perform this on behalf of the customer. However, BTE Solutions is not to be held responsible for any incident that may occur as a result of this software/hardware being installed.
Consequently, if there is a problem with the computer after service (which the BTE Team will not be held responsible for whatsoever) then BTE Solutions will take the computer back and attempt to correct the error/s at no additional cost. If the error/s cannot be corrected, than an alternative solution will be sought and/or the money will be refunded.

- 1.2 - All BTE Solutions technicians are employees of BTE Solutions. All services performed by our technicians are on behalf of BTE Solutions. All payments to be made to BTE Solutions. However, as stated above BTE is performing a service for the customer and by agreeing to this contract the customer agrees to accept all liability and responsibility for any errors that occur.

- 1.3 – All products are sold on behalf of BTE Solutions. They are not to be copied or distributed (unless with consent from Management team). They are only for personal home use.

2. Payment
- 2.1 - The customer can pay via Online banking (eg. Paypal), Direct Deposit, Cash or Phone. BTE Solutions must be notified of any changes in monetary details before the completion of service.
- 2.2 – Call Out fee: A $20 call-out fee is required before the service commences. This is NOT part of the service charge, with the service payment required in full upon completion of service. This call-out fee is non-refundable.

Upon receipt of payment all completed products/services will be returned to the owner.
- 2.3 - Late Payments. If customer fails to pay any fees by the applicable due date, BTE Solutions has the right to: (a) assess late charges in an amount equal to the greater of five percent (5%) per month or the maximum allowable under applicable law; and/or ( b ) suspend access to any or all of the BTE Solutions services and/or performance of the services provided by BTE Solutions hereunder and/or terminate this agreement. (c) Withhold any products and services until the correct payment is received
- 2.4 – Fourteen Day Money back Guarantee. If within the initial 14 calendar days of service delivered by BTE Solutions, the client is dissatisfied (with a valid reason) with the service provided, BTE Solutions will attempt to take corrective action at no additional charge. If the customer is still dissatisfied, BTE Solutions will refund any fees charged. Money will be returned in full within 10 working days of written notice by the customer, although BTE Solutions will endeavor to refund earlier if requested to. However, once money has been refunded the computer and any associated problems are not the responsibility of BTE Solutions.
- 2.5 - BTE Solutions is a national business based in Australia. All transactions (offline and online) are therefore charged in Australian dollars. In the case of international products and/or services, some transactions require to be processed from other currencies. Due to the constant fluctuation in exchange rates, this may result in some small variations in the dollar value that is charged to the customer. BTE Solutions cannot be held responsible for any variations in International exchange rates that may be imposed by a customer's banking institution.
- 2.6 – All prices stated on the BTE Solutions Website (or any other source) are to be used as a guide only. BTE Solutions holds the right to amend or change these prices upon location at any given time.
